How do I report an issue or file a complaint? The MRF takes all issues and complaints very seriously. To report an incident, please contact us. Please provide the chat user's name, the room and the time of the incident.

What is the Off-Topic chat room? The off-topic chat room allows users to discuss anything not necessarily related to melanoma with others. To get to the off-topic forum, you will need to be logged in. Once logged in, go to the chat room. When you are in the chat room, near the top of the chat window is a drop down box with two options: Melanoma Chat and Off-Topic Chat Room. You can easily go from one chat room to the next.

How do I turn off sound? To turn off the sound, click the  button at the top of the chat window. When you do this, the sound button will be grayed out (). To turn on sound again, simply click that button.

How do I view a chat history? To view chat history, click on the   button at the top of the chat window.

Can I clear the chat window? Yes, to clear the chat window, click on the  button at the top of the chat window.

Can I chat privately with a user?  Yes, to chat with a particular user privately, click on the person's name in the list of users and then click private chat.

Can I see the posts from a particular user? If there is more than one user using the chat, you can see posts from a particular user. By default you will see all posts from all users. To filter the posts so that you see only the posts from a particular user, select the user’s name from the drop down box:
