Join the Melanoma Research Foundation for the Inaugural Pediatric Melanoma Summit, September 12-14, 2014 in Grapevine, Texas.
The Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) is excited to announce the Inaugural Pediatric Melanoma Summit for young melanoma patients and their families. The Summit will provide educational and support resources to this growing population. Attendence is FREE, but space is limited.

Note: Registration for the event does not reserve your hotel room. ALL Room arrangements must be made separately through the MRF by calling 1-800-673-1290, or by emailing Shelby Moneer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The MRF will pay for one room plus the taxes for each family at Great Wolf Lodge for the nights of Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13. Dates and rates outside of Sept. 12 & 13 cannot be guaranteed and must be arranged through the hotel. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals but will not be charged for the stay at the hotel. Meals during the event will also be provided.
Guest rooms sleep 6 and have two queen beds, one sleeper sofa and one bathroom. Access to the water park is included with the room. Room arrangements for Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13 must be made through the MRF by calling (800) 673-1290 or by emailing Shelby Moneer at email@example.com.

The Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX is located approximately 8 miles north of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Shuttle from DFW International Airport: The Great Wolf Lodge has a shuttle that runs from approximately 8am - 9pm. The prices are $10 per person one way. Children 8 and under are free. The shuttle is only available to and from DFW International Aiport, NOT Dallas Love Field Airport. Reservations must be made for the shuttle in advance. To reserve a shuttle, please call Great Wolf Lodge and ask for the Bell Desk to make the arrangements. Please have your flight information available.
A baby-sitting service will be provided on Saturday during the hours of 8:30 am - 2 pm. This service will be free of charge and can be utilized for siblings and other children who do not want to (or can't) participate in the scheduled activities and presentations on the agenda.
