MRF AND IRONMAN: PARTNERS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST MELANOMA!

The Melanoma Research Foundation is proud to partner with Ironman for a series of events to raise awareness about melanoma prevention and raise money for the next treatment breakthrough.  Our team of seasoned athletes will join Lance Armstrong to swim, run, and bike while increasing awareness of melanoma and raising funds needed to make critical research advances.

Research shows that sun exposure increases the risk of being diagnosed with skin cancer. For athletes who train outdoors, prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation increases that risk dramatically.  The MRF will offer free screenings at the Ironman events.  Please take advantage of this chance to stay safe!

The Miles for Melanoma team and Ironman urge YOU to join - Your participation can make a difference in the fight against melanoma.
