Patient Reference Guide

The Patient Reference Guide was created to empower and prepare newly diagnosed and restaged melanoma patients to become their own advocates. It is a resource tool to help people with melanoma, caregivers and their families throughout their cancer journey. It includes a list of cancer resources in the United States, as well as other resources that may be of assistance.

Lodging Assistance

Many hotels near cancer centers and major healthcare facilities offer discounts to patients.  Below is a list of housing resources for patients and their families when they travel for medical treatment. The directory contains various places to stay near cancer treatment centers, where available, and a nationwide housing guide through Joe’s House.  Please contact the treatment centers directly via their Web sites or toll-free numbers for more information.
