Patient Reference Guide

The Patient Reference Guide was created to empower and prepare newly diagnosed and restaged melanoma patients to become their own advocates. It is a resource tool to help people with melanoma, caregivers and their families throughout their cancer journey. It includes a list of cancer resources in the United States, as well as other resources that may be of assistance.

Medicare

Medicare is a health insurance program for people age 65 or older, some disabled people under age 65, and people of all ages with end-stage renal disease (permanent kidney failure treated with dialysis or a transplant).  The following web site will give you assistance plans available to you along with your Medicare benefits.
