Lost my father to Melanoma when he was 39.

End of July 2009... got the melanoma diagnoses. A week prior I had the dermatologist take a mole off the back...

I had a mole on the leftside of my lower back that started growing with my second child. and i went to have it taken off in aug 06 and it came back MM and they did a WLE and then shot the blue dye...

WLE/SNB - 5 nodes removed; all clean. Plastic surgery with skin graft to repair wound in left temple. No further treatment recommended by oncologist. Done at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.

Breslow's Depth was 1.9mm, Clark Level IV, non-ulcerated, 2 mitoses/mm2. The melanoma evolved in a dyplastic Spitz nevus, making the diagnosis tricky, but ultimately all pathologists agreed it...

I have just had many surgeries to remove moles and two of them have

been malignent.I did have to go to M.D.Anderson in Houston after my first diagnosis.My doctor is Rudolpho Martinez...
